Joel Sandoval’s journey in the retaining walls, excavation, and demolition industry spans over eight years, but his roots trace back to the trucking world. As an owner-operator, he successfully expanded a logistics company in the Denver Metro area, honing his business acumen and customer service skills.
As President of Eco Retaining Walls, Joel’s innovative thinking and willingness to embrace challenges have driven the company’s growth. He’s known for finding value-engineered alternatives tailored to each client’s unique needs, advocating for a transparent, step-by-step process from design to final build-out.
Joel holds industry certifications, including the Alan Block Fence and Retaining Walls Certification and Basalite Building products. His favorite quote, “How you do anything is how you do everything,” reflects his commitment to excellence in all aspects of life and work.
Outside of the job site, Joel enjoys working out, spending time with his wife and family, and embracing the outdoors. His leadership continues to set new benchmarks in the industry, always staying true to the company’s mantra: “Building Trust with Quality Work.”
