With 35 years in the retaining wall industry, Mark Roe brings exceptional expertise to ECO Retaining Walls. His journey began in 1987 in San Marcos, California, where he mastered complex projects driven by the region’s challenging terrain.

Mark’s collaborative approach with engineers, land developers, and earth-moving contractors allows him to offer tailored, value-engineered solutions. His expertise in navigating municipal requirements ensures efficient, cost-effective project completion without compromising quality or safety.

Holding a B.S. in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, Mark is also certified in hardscape and retaining wall construction by Pavestone and Basalite.

Outside work, Mark enjoys outdoor activities like mountain biking, hiking, and gardening. He values family time and lives by the motto, “Work hard in silence, let your success be your noise.”
