With over 25 years in the retaining walls, excavation, and demolition industry, Raul Tovar has risen from an entry-level position to become a seasoned project manager. His decade of management experience is built on a foundation of hands-on knowledge gained from every aspect of the construction process.

Raul’s approach is distinctly personal – he visits each site, fosters client relationships, and contributes directly to the work when needed. His technical proficiency is backed by DBE certification and expertise in Keystone, Allenblock Ready Rock, and MSE panels.

Outside work, Raul embraces Colorado’s natural beauty through fishing and camping. He cherishes time with his wife, sons, granddaughters, and dogs.

Raul’s favorite Aristotle quote, “Excellence is never an accident,” reflects his philosophy of intentional planning and intelligent execution in both his projects and client relationships.
