Sergio Maldonado brings over 15 years of experience in banking and finance to his role in Accounting at Eco Retaining Walls. Since joining the company in 2024, he has applied his deep expertise in financial control, data analysis, and administrative management to support organized and results-driven operations.

With a strong foundation built at institutions such as Banco Itaú, Banco Penta, and Banco Security, Sergio approaches accounting with both technical precision and an operational mindset. He focuses on streamlining workflows, meeting critical deadlines, and implementing tools that simplify tasks—freeing his team to stay focused on their goals.

Sergio holds formal training in economics and finance and is highly skilled in tools like Excel, QuickBooks, and accounting software platforms. His hands-on experience in automating reports and administrative processes adds value across the organization.

Outside of work, Sergio enjoys nature walks with his wife, movie nights, and video games—all of which help him recharge and maintain balance.
